  • Bananas – 3 pieces (about 1 ½ cups, when mashed)
  • White Flour – 1 ½ cups
  • Baking Powder – 3 Teaspoons
  • Salt – ½ Teaspoon
  • Ginger -1 Teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – ½ Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar (Cane Sugar) – ¼ of a cup
  • Walnuts (chopped) – ½ of a cup
  • Dried Apricots (chopped) – ½ of a cup [optional]

Mash the bananas (a great fun thing!), and pre-heat the Oven at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Now grease, with oil, medium-sized bread pan. Chop the walnuts, if not already chopped.

Let the hot thing cool down for a while, then take out the bread out of its box. Normally, banana bread is enjoyed when cool, so it is better if you let the bread cool down for about an hour or so and then enjoy it.
